Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refund requests work for StrategyTake paid newsletter subscriptions.
1. Subscription Billing
StrategyTake paid subscriptions are digital newsletter subscriptions billed by Paddle. The standard paid plans are $12 per month or $120 per year unless a promotional offer is shown at checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew each month. Annual subscriptions renew each year.
2. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your paid subscription any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by law, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
After cancellation, paid access normally continues until the end of the billing period already paid for. At the end of that period, the subscription will not renew and paid access may end or downgrade to the free tier.
3. Monthly Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable once processed because StrategyTake is a digital content service with immediate access to paid material. StrategyTake may approve a refund for a monthly charge if you contact us within 7 days of the charge and there has been a clear billing error, duplicate charge, accidental renewal, or similar issue.
4. Annual Subscription Refunds
For annual subscriptions, StrategyTake may approve a refund if you contact us within 14 days of the initial annual purchase or renewal and the request is reasonable under the circumstances. After that period, annual charges are generally non-refundable, but cancellation will stop the next annual renewal.
5. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, billed after cancellation, or billed through an account you do not recognize, contact hello@strategytake.com with the email address used at checkout and the approximate charge date. Do not send full card numbers by email.
6. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle back to the original payment method where possible. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund after Paddle processes it.
7. Chargebacks
If there is a billing issue, please contact StrategyTake first so we can review it quickly. Filing a chargeback may cause Paddle or StrategyTake to suspend account access while the dispute is investigated.
8. Required Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or consumer rights that apply under your local law.
9. Contact
Refund and cancellation questions can be sent to hello@strategytake.com.
The refund windows above are a practical policy for launch readiness. StrategyTake should confirm the final refund window, legal entity name, and jurisdiction before broad paid launch.
